Studio Rules 

Cancellation/Rescheduling/ Refunds
  • All cancellations/rescheduling must be submitted in writing via email or through our official booking system. 

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit or payment.

  • Late cancellations will result in a partial or full forfeiture of your payment.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for a booked rental without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental fee. No refunds will be issued.

General Rules
  • It suggested photographers and videographers to show up at least 15-20 minutes early to prepare for clients.

  • Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately to studio management.

  • Renters are responsible for studio set-up and teardown within the booked time slot.

  • Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of tardiness

  • No food or drinks allowed on sets

  • No pets allowed in the studio

  • No smoking is allowed in the studio

  • Music needs to be kept at a reasonable level

  • Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times and safety must be ensured

  • All small or hard-to-clean materials (i.e. confetti, sparkles, etc.) must be approved of prior to shoot or event.

  • Renters are liable for any damages that occurs to the studio, equipment, or furniture during their scheduled booking time and will be charged a damage fee.

  • Unplug all lights after session and roll up all cables

  • Leave the studio in the same condition as you found it. Clean up after your session; Any cleaning fee will be assessed and charged if the studio is left dirty

  • Shut off all lights prior to leaving the studio
